Every certification issued through this program carries the recognition of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
Nine to twelve months, built around real practice
The Facilitator Certification Training equips groups and individuals, working one on one, to become certified practitioners. The goal is not a certificate for its own sake, but a local network of people equipped to support mental health and wellness in their own communities.

A peer panel, not a pass or fail exam
The IPHM accredited certification runs as a peer panel. Candidates make the case that they are more than ready, and the panel puts that claim to the test.
If the answer is not yet, the candidate leaves with specific feedback and chooses a mentor to work with before the next opportunity to certify.

Stefan Hermann
Stefan brings vast experience in the practical application of modern psychology’s many modalities, with groups and individuals alike. He considers himself a mentor and facilitator first, and is certified as a Shadow Mastery Coach. As a global nomad, he has carried this work into many cultures and settings, adapting to local needs wherever he goes.
Some of his therapist clients call him “the therapist for the therapists,” because his work moves people quickly into their own deeper process.
Over the past ten plus years, he has trained facilitators in the foundational modalities behind ShadowToGold’s work, and teaches mentoring for both adults and teenagers, online and in person, always rooted in respect for the individual.
Stefan remains available for supervision, recertification, and public appearances. Graduates are encouraged, and incentivized, to stay active in the local, national, and international ShadowToGold community as the work continues to grow.
