Facilitator Certification Training (FCT)

The Facilitator Certification Training (FCT) is a 9-12 months program for groups or individuals one-on-one with the goal of certified practitioners building a local network of support on mental health and wellness.

The certification is conducted as a peer-panel, where candidates claim to be “more than ready” for certification and the panel challenging that assessment. In case of a “not yet” the candidate receives specific feedback and will choose a mentor in order to return for the next opportunity of certification.

Graduates are supported with practical tools to establish their local STG practice offering ONEtensives, mentoring sessions and eventually Weekend Intensives. They create a national network of certified practitioners supporting each other by applying a tight code of ethics, promoting the work “word-of-mouth” and on social media.

This is training is facilitated by Stefan Hermann.

Stefan has a vast experience in the practical application of many modalities of modern physiology with groups and individuals. He considers himself a mentor, facilitator and is certified as a Shadow Mastery Coach. Being a global nomad he has taken his work into many cultures and diverse settings adapting and adjusting to local needs and requirements.

Some of his many therapist clients call him “the therapist for the therapists” as his work moves participants quickly into their own deeper work. Over the past 10+ years he trained facilitators on the foundational levels in modalities important to the ShadowToGold work. Highly integrated with ShadowToGold he teaches mentoring for adult and youth (with a focus on teenagers) for online and in-person applications from a distinct approach focused on respect for the individual.

Stefan will be available for supervision, re-certification and public appearances to promote the work. Graduates of the STG Intensives and STG online work are encouraged and incentivised to join the local, national and international STG online communities to grow the work consistently.
